Therapy - All Ages

Therapy progress can happen over only a few sessions or can be gradual, depending on the person and situation. Whether in person or online, expect a space that will be safe and confidential for self-exploration. You will have a personal treatment plan, and given tools and strategies to help you achieve your treatment goals. A combination of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and/or EMDR may be used. Individual therapy is $185 per hour. Sliding scale is offered, depending on availability.
